A local source in Nineveh province revealed that ISIS has begun to turn the Prophet Younis site into a public park and a city of games, noting that the organization allocated a special budget for the project.
The source said that “ISIS has begun today the settlement of the Prophet Younis site, located in a hilltop in central Mosul, for the purpose of turning it into a garden and a city of games, while allocated a special budget for that.”
The source added: “the organization called specialized companies to implement the project according to specifications set for it by the so-called Office of Calculation in Nineveh.”
